Thanks for the invite. pls confirm this is for homepage PSD design only for this low budget; no CSS,XHTML or full website build with wordpress or coding involved as this is design competition
Also pls make the project as guaranteed if you want good designers to work on it & not many including me would like to attempt a nonguaranteed project

This project is for a PSD with HTML/CSS for the home page and 1 sub-page.  We are looking to develop a Joomla-based responsive template that we can install.  You will not be responsible for developing any other pages, forms, or functionality.  The wire frame for the website is already developed.  We just want you to take the layout  we already have and enhance it.

I have no problem guaranteeing the funds.

Also, when I did go through the project, I paid an extra $150 for the HTML and the CSS.  Again, this is not for an entire site.
