Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a new company based in San Francisco called How I Compare. It is a comparison site that allows undergraduate students to enter their grade point average and their entrance exam scores as well as a few other pieces of information in the site, and the site then compiles a list of graduate schools that would likely admit that student given their academic information. Also, the logo will be placed in a 'navy blue/dark blue' background.
