Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new coastal gifts and home decor company called Mermaid Bay, Inc. We retail and wholesale to customers that are typically aged 30-60 and are mostly female. We would like the design to show company stability while evoking feelings of reward and fun in our customers. The colors should be soft coastal colors: blues, greens, a little red. We are attaching two coat of arms logos that we like, however, we will look at all designs equally.
