I need a logo design for a stormwater management company I've started called "Integrated Stormwater Services." This company performs a variety of stormwater related services including, but not limited to, the following:
-Wetlands Restoration
-Retention Pond Inspection
-Retention Pond Maintenance and Repair
-Stormdrain maintenance, cleaning, repair
-Sediment dredging from Stormwater BMP's
-Ecologically friendly wetland vegetation maintenance

Must have

• Three things we want to communicate:
  -Excellent, unmatched service
  -Eco-centric
  -Purpose driven, powerful industry leader
  
  Style and Concept:
  
  -Green and eco-friendly kind of design maybe, but I don't want it to be too soft; it still needs to have some backbone. Not just some faint green leaves like a hair product or spa.
  -Needs to have clarity and be very readable. I want the words to stand out. I don't want it to be boring, but I also want to make sure that the words aren't lost.
  -Should not be something too soft. I'm young and this is kind of a start-up so I need something to help portray professionalism and a brand strong enough for a person to believe in. A good bit of our sales is getting people to go out on a limb and trust us, so it can't be too whimsical. But at the same time I do want it to be interesting. I hope that makes sense. "Balanced" is a good way of putting it.
