Signage Design Brief

Hi,

We need are needing some signage for our new office window. We are unsure exactly what we are wanting. We are an IT Consulting Company specializing in the medical centre.

We are not wanting anything too busy and wanting something that looks sleek yet doesnt look out of place with the building.

We have a lot of window space and are unsure at this stage what parts of it to use, so we open to suggestions.

Please see attached image of our office/building and the idea's that we had below that correspond with the attached:

Area 1: Dimensions - 450h x 650w - We were wanting a small sign to go on the wall at the front of our building. There is 4 x holes already drilled that we could install an aluminium sign to the wall – we were thinking we just have our IaaS for Medical logo (please see attached) as well as its website address on a sign here - iaas.tv

Area 2: Dimensions - 1690h x 635w - Front Door – probably need CyberSquad IT Consulting, address, phone, web and email details – no cold callers – appointment only

Area 3: Dimensions - 540h x 3600w – Currently white perspex, Has 3 x fluorescent bulbs above it – so could light something up at night-time – or we just leave white?

Area 4: This area consists of 3 x windows each of which dimensions are - 630h x 970w – 1 and 2 are facing the street, 3 is on a 45 degrees angle.

Area 5: We were hoping to use about a 3rd of this window and still have a functional window. 1/3 of the windows dimensions for each window is is 450h x 970w

With Area 4 and 5 we were thinking that in one of these sections we could perhaps list the services we offer? Please see back of business card attached for list of services we offer, and the other were thinking we could have our name/logo or something in the other section? We are open to suggestions. Please see logo attached also.

Area 6 Dimensions: 1760h x 665w – 2nd Door (will be closed to the public) – no idea what we could put on this door or if it needs anything?

We have just uploaded an image of the building with no text or anything on it so that you can add your designs to the office frontage so we can get an idea.

We have also added 2 x pictures that feature the office number that is displayed on our office. (189 sign 1 and 189 sign 2)

There are 2 x 189 Signs on Side of Building – Currently Clear Perspex with only 189 Number on it

If you could do up a design keeping the 189 in it but perhaps incorporating our logo? Open to suggestions, but we would like the 189 to remain in the design.


We specialize in the medical sector so are also open to suggestions of incorporating the hearbeat into part of the design if it fits -

We need some sort of flow between all the signage

It is possible that the windows may just be better with some sort of pattern? As we don’t want to overdo the signage.

In regards to colours we are quite open to using the colours in our logo, so Blue, Orange, Grey, Black, and White, but are also open to suggestions.
