 Khalid, It would be handy to see sight of your existing logo, to see how close to Fendi it is, can you publish it. Using double 'F' differently may be an answer. Although I do have some alternatives.

the original logo was designed by myself.. and when i received lots of comments from costumers, I decided to change the logo, although i don''t believe that its a copy of FENDI''s

Anyway, lets see what you will come up with.
