Logo Design Brief
We are a national real estate developer and our changing our company name to Sina Companies. Our tagline under that will be "Real Estate Development". We want to do something simple & easy. "SINA" must be clear and highly visible as it is the most recognizable part of our name. Colors are an option, but nothing too bright. No green as it looks too much like a landscaping company. You can see the old logo that we had in the pictures (Sina Family Holdings), but we want Sina Companies as the new name.

- Must have "SINA" in bigger letters. The tag line could be below it somewhere.
Nice to have
- Our old logo had SINA on top in larger letters, then a line, then the rest of the company name. It looked pretty solid. But now we are adding a tagline, so that will change it a bit.
Should not have
- Crazy cursive writing that people cannot read. Nothing green. No person, animal, or being as a mascot for the company.
