Logo Design Brief

I'm rebranding from a prior doing business as name and DIY logo, to a new brand. I'm looking for a logo that has some of the feel of the prior logo, but captures the new brand/name. The old business was called "Leadership Education and Discovery" and focused on training in leadership skills. The new concept is called "Leader Discovery" and includes consulting for individuals, teams, and organizations on how to build professional relationships, create systems to help managers be more successful, drive achievement and results, and inspire and motivate others. Colors we love are teal blue/green and deep oranges, plus any of those traditional autumn colors - but brights much better than muted colors. I also like shapes that invoke the idea of flight such as kites, balloons, or parachutes - I used to be skydiver and my parachute was royal blue, green, yellow, and orange. Also, the idea of flying or reaching for the sky reminds me of growth, development, and achieving goals - perfect for Leader Discovery.

Nice to have

• The color red, pink, dark purple, or navy, no flowers or animals
