Poster Design Brief

poster design for an independent film about the creation of the world's first "perfect" artificial intelligence. we have an idea of the direction but are open to new ideas.
Film is titled "Uncanny"
It is a sparse film. Three actors in one location. dialog driven, thinking person's sci-fi film.
so a simple design could work well.

Synopsis:
David Kressen is a prodigy roboticist that has been at work for the past decade creating Adam, an advanced artificial intelligence indistinguishable from a human. Joy Andrews is the reporter given an exclusive week of access to interview them. As she and David grow closer during their week together, the robot exhibits startling emergent behavior in the form of jealousy and anger. As relationships between all three parties reach a boiling point, secrets are revealed and technology is both revered and reviled.

Attached is a concept that we like.
we do not like the font and the actual artwork -- just the concept. does not feel sophisticated enough or "cool" enough.

Another idea would be to incorporate the idea of the "Uncanny Valley" (graph included with attached documents)

we have screen caps from the film but the resolution is not very high. I will enclose a few in case they are of use.

ADDED SOME DESIGNS FROM SIMILAR THEMED FILMS THAT WE LIKE.

we need it in standard film poster size and resolution 27" x 40".
