can you upload the source file for the logo (eps, ai,cdr) ?

Could you also provide following information to be displayed on the card:

a. Your name and tile
b. Contact details
c. Your ids/handles for Facebook, twitter, etc.

I had looked at your website and could not find any of this information there.
