Logo Design Brief
I will be relaunching my website in January and so want to explore the possibility of a new logo/colour scheme to just give the business a refreshing new look at the same time.
We are a London lettings and property management company. You can view our current website here - www.manage-my-property.co.uk.
The new template for our website will be the same as this http://www.jsmproperty.com/. As we are using the same specialist estate agent design company who this company used. They have standard templates.
I am open to something completely new or a variation of the current theme. It should either be 1 logo that works well in different size formats or two complimentary logos, one for large formats like the website and another one for small size media or advert listings.

I want a more 'local' and simple feel to the logo rather than an online feel to it. My current logo is a bit 'online' in terms of the font so I want to move away from that.
We are a quality company with a local presence, and therefore the logo should portray trust and local knowledge. It must not be gimmiky.
If you want to resubmit new designs then please do.

Thank you all for your designs, I really appreciate your time.
At this stage I am leaning towards designs that are less 'online' and more 'local', with a quality, trustworthy feel, rather than cheesy or gimmiky or too 'obvious'
I am sorry if I cant give individual feedback to every design.
