We need a logo designed for our new website 'I See You'. The logo will be displayed on the website, on written material for families, and ultimately will be the 'app' button on Apple and android application. The website will be hosted on an NHS website at the hospital where the baby is an inpatient.
When a baby is born premature they usually need hospital care for up to three months. Due to their immature immune system, there is a strict visiting policy and only immediate family can visit, often only one at a time. Sometimes the baby is cared for at a hospital geographically distant from their family. The parents can feel very isolated. The 'I See You' website will upload 2 photographs per 24 hour period and the parents can disseminate the password to any of their family or friends. This way they can feel more involved with the infant and the photographs provide a visual diary of their time in hospital.
'I See You' has secured funding from NHS Northwest to design and run the website at Arrowe Park Hospital on the Wirral for a 2 year period. If it is a success, it is hoped it will be used widely across the UK.
