Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for use on promotional materials, letterhead, business cards, etc for this new professional organization. The entities and individuals involved in this organization are testing departments of universities and colleges, and independent testing organizations in the state of Alabama. Testing is done via computer and paper and pencil, using "bubble sheets," answer sheets that are blacked in with a pencil. Peripherally associated with the National Collegiate Testing Association.
