My company is Achieving Your Potential Coaching and Consulting limited. The website can be seen at www.achievingyourpotential.co.uk

I believe organisations, teams and individuals have untapped potential, unrealised dreams and a yearning for more. I think people can do much more than they think and I am hugely curious about what they can achieve with the right support. For over a decade I have designed and delivered change, embedding new ways of behaving and working and now it is my focus through my change consulting, coaching, and mentoring work.

This is a small business providing a number of services:
1. Change consultancy services to the public and charitable sector.
2. Coaching to senior executives needing to deliver change within their organisations or to improve performance
3. Coaching and mentoring to those new into leadership roles, or those looking for a new purpose.
4. change mentor to people new to managing change

I want the logo to be interesting, modern, a focus on the individual and the business. It is about possibilities and potential. The company values are: joy; curiosity (a sense of wonder and awe about people and the world); learning and trying different things; fairness and respect; recognition (positive notice of others and genuine appreciation); Passion for life and nature and finally honesty and integrity.
