Logo Design Brief

I am going to build a website for my makeup artistry, but want to first get a logo developed so I can firstly get it onto business cards etc and incorporate 2 different businesses I have.
I am thinking perhaps a plain background with Amanda Martin in black scroll writing the A of Amanda being written as a big lower case a, then makeup design and lifestyle in modern block print. I would also like a picture of pink lipstick squashed or smeared across the screen perhaps. It needs to reflect my personality being very girly, however professional and modern. Im not sure whether to feature a small picture of myself on there also...as Ive jus had some professional shots done that will be ready in a couple of days. Thoughts??
