Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new Real Estate brokerage, Compass Pointe Realty. We have a sister company, Compass Property Management Group, and I've attached the logo for that company. We do not want the logo to be identical, this is just to show where the branding started. We do want to incorporate a compass rose, or some compass like elements into the logo design. The logo should communicate class, professionalism, and financial security.
