Logo Design Brief

Hiya. I am setting up a start up consulting business. I have registered a UK company "Pocket Size Big Four". The aim is to provide "big four" style management consulting (Deloitte, KPMG etc) at small scale and at a competitive cost. I would like a fresh, modern logo. I would like to convey a fairly relaxed, youthful, agile style whilst remembering that most of my clients will be large finance clients and hence quite conservative. I have no experience in logo design or branding so apologies for not being able to draft a longer brief. I like round logos like Brooklyn brewery.
