Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new courier and delivery service located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. We will be handling envelopes and packages up to twenty pounds. We will be emphasizing professional and speedy service. I would like to see a design that includes a cartoon style Road Runner ( the bird) as well as our company name. The colors green and red should be used primarily. No black please. Perhaps some blue and yellow. I would like to have our company slogan included in the design which is " On Time Every Time"
