Logo Design Brief

For a new Event Location in Zurich, Switzerland we are looking for a (word/image) Logo with a lot of Style.

I. The main part of the logo consits of two halfs:

1) eventpark (small letters)
2) zürich (small letters, smaller fonts than "eventpark")
--> see attached example.

II. Beside this logo-text (eventparkzürich)
we need two additional parts to complete the logo:

1) claim: HALL - LOFT - CLUB - MALL (either all in capital letters or - alternatively - all in small letters - you choose what looks better)
2) icon: we like to have an icon besides the text-part, which describes/displays "event-location" as a symbol (fitting to the text/font)

III. Style

1) Colors/Fonts: It will be a very trendy Event location, therefore fonts, colors / style must stand for a "quality-lifestyle-product".

2) The different parts of the Logo (eventpark/zürich/claim/icon) need to be able to stay on their own. This means that in some cases we only display the icon, in some cases only the logo without the claim, in some cases only "eventpark" without "zürich". So it needs to be constructed for a dynamic use and still look "organic" when it's (as a standardsituation) used all together.
