Logo Design Brief

I AM UPDATING THE REQUIEREMENTS BENG THAT I NEED A NEW NAME, NOT JUST A NEW LOGO. I RECEIVED 14 LOGOS WITH THE SAME NAME ON IT. THIS WAS THE ORIGINAL POST: I need to create a spin off Image AND NAME from our main company because we are going to target clients which can not be addressed by the same campany due to conflict of interests. The company is focused on providing technology for public transport (buses and taxis). This technology makes the buses safer and helps them operate more efficiently. Mainly it is video cameras with remote access, panic buttons and GPS services.
We need a new name and logo. it has to be in spanish or something that someone who doesn´t speak english might understand and relate to. I am attaching the Name and logo we currently use
