Postcard Design Brief

We are a credit union sending out pre-approvals for personal loans. I am attaching a letter that we sent out during previous pre-approvals. The fine print needs to be included on the postcard from the letter, but the rest is just a guide. The theme I'm thinking of may be Easy, Cold Hard Cash, but I'm not stuck on it. Thanks.

The cash banner is an example of what I had in mind.

We don't want the actual letter on the postcard, it was meant to be a guide only as to what we are selling. The front page should be explaining that they are pre-approved for a personal loan, say up $10,000, at a rate of 7.99% APR*. It should be mentioned how they are pre-approved, which means no credit check, no proof of income needed. Somewhere, either on the front or the back, needs to be the fine print in a discreet fashion. look at the link I provide for some guidance. Thanks!
