Icon Design Brief

"Chocolate and friends" (chocolateandfriends.com) will be my new blog, sharing culinary recipes and restaurant reviews. The blog is going to be using the Foodpress theme of WordPress (preview: http://foodpress.wpmaniac.com/?color=blue).
I need an icon/banner, ideally alluring to the name of the blog, to put on top of its pages. The template has a placeholder for a 468x60 pixels banner, but I'm open to suggestions for differently sized banners.
