I need a logo which possibly incorporates the symbolism of the electronic "transistor", preferably the "schematic symbol"

I'm a software engineer specializing in solid architecture and design.

I'm happy wiht my current logo but it's based upon an existing logo of an open-source project.

• I'd like to see the logo based upon the schematic symbol of a "FET" (field effect transistor)

  IGNORE all the labels on FET symbol (ie: "g", "d", "s", "gate", "source", "drain", etc). Just use the pure symbol.
