Flyer Design Brief

Goal: Professional, clean, sharp and trendy.
Business: For a real estate Agent.
Agency: RE/MAX (can get logo online)
Measurements: 20cm x 9cm


Please use the attachments as a guide as to what I would like the flyer to look like. It will be 2 sided. The first side will be with the girl and the second will be information about myself and how to contact me.

    -Doesn't need to look like another property brochure-needs to be original.
    -Must have the RE/MAX logo.
    -Needs to stand out from other brochures!
    -Double sided (with a space for my photo on the back with my BIO)
    -Very similar to the flyer attachments
    -Doesn't need to feature a house!
    -MUST HAVE ATTACHED HEADSHOT PHOTOGRAPH
