Poster Design Brief

Poster design for Chattanooga, TN's 175th Anniversary. Here is a link to our website www.cha175.org.

Basically, this is a weeklong celebration of community-sourced events highlighting mostly our city's past. Chattanooga Choo Choo (railroads) are big in our past, and we are identified by our river and surrounded by mountains. The week will have a variety of different events so we need to drive people to our website as events will be added continually.

Also, this event is being put on by our local Mayor's office. While we are young and progressive, can't be too crazy or out there. I was thinking more like a throwback concert photo, a la Hatch Show Prints (famous in Nashville). That would help tie in the vintage vibe.
