Logo Design Brief
My company name is Statistical HR and we are a Human Resources consultancy that specializes in utilizing sophisticated statistical analysis to solve complex problems. Specifically we design custom metrics, data mine company information to create predictive models and utilize psychometrics techniques to interpret employee behavior. I have attached our current logo as we are looking for a similar theme. I am open on colors at this point.

My apologies for my lack of feedback over the last few days, I'm in the process moving across country right now. I will provide final feedback late tonight or Sunday morning, then I will send a voting poll out with the top five designs on Monday to my employees and clients. The final design will be selected by Wednesday

Requirements
Must have
- The current logo is designed to look like a normal distribution (bell curve) for the words “Statistical” and the letters “HR” are the height of the tallest letter from “statistical”. We want to retain this theme, but with a more refined look. I have attached a pic of a bell curve for review.
Nice to have
- Within the logo, it would be nice to incorporate design elements that could reference our skills in data analysis, predictive modeling and psychometrics as long as it does not distract from the overall logo.
