Banner Ad Design Brief

need 2 banners to display at our upcoming retreat. we are an orthopedic surgeons office and are having a retreat for our employees (80) Our slogan is TEAM MSA...Here for YOU! we have a logo that i prefer to be ALL blue (due to the yellow not showing up well) I like using yellow and white with it though or other shades of blue. I would like to reuse the banner later if possible for other events so I dont want it to say "retreat"
