design a logo for a company that does real estate appraisals for right of way acquisitions, they want it to be modern, masculine, clean, and crisp
use dark blue/navy (but not so dark it looks black)
image inspiration: road or bridge (but not cartoon looking) NOT HOUSE or typical real estate

Thank you for your submissions. I wanted to clarify that this company does real estate appraisal but not for homes. It's primarily right of way acquisition which relates to road and/or bridge building. It's all commercial. Colors should be navy/dark blues and potentially gray or yellow (think paved road stripe).
