We need a logo for an internal Talent Development Programme. It is a training programme, driven by Corporate Human Resources, and designed for Executive Leaders + senior managers of our company, a Pharmaceutical company with 5000 employees, selling in more than 50 countries worldwide. These people are highly experienced; performing managers, they are taking aprt of the programme because they have demonstrated high potential for continuous growth and have been nominated to this IMPACT programme. One day, one of them could be the CEO of the company.
