Web Design Brief

American Association of Orthodontists Needs a design for our orthodontist job bank.

We are in the process of redesigning our current job board. We would like to improve our current design, focusing on the landing page and possibly the search page. I have attached images of what we currently have in place right now.

The Landing page: Currently, I find the landing page too wordy, members get confused when using it, we need something that is easier for providers are seekers to use. Set up more user friendly. Maybe have a button for become provider and become seeker and then a modal pops up with process.. The final design for this page needs to be user friendly, organized and clean. If someone were coming to this page for the first time they would know how to become a provider.

The search page: I was thinking it would be best to have the search options on the left hand side opposed to how it is just in the middle now. all of the information currently shown on this page needs to be included. The search results need improvement on how they are displayed as well.

Must have

• A Landing page that is well designed and that is made in the blue colors that are shown on the attached files of what our job bank currently looks like. I have also attached 3 photos that could be used for a masthead, but keep in mind these do not have to be used, you can use any photo you would like, these are just for your convenience.

Nice to have

• An improved search results page along with the Landing page
