Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for a an online business that sells apparel / accessories to runners. In particular, we sell tutu's and knee socks - and maybe tanks & head pieces at some point - to women who are going to run in a 5K, 10K, or other type of race can purchase. That's where the "fast" comes in - running fast. Like "too fast" but "tutu fast". Not sure whether it should be Tutu-Fast or Tutu Fast or tutu fast (lower case)... so all ideas welcome at this point.

The audience is female, active and obviously likes to stand out from the crowd (rather than wearing a boring old pair of shorts and a hard cotton t-shirt to run their race, they want to stand out and be awesome!).

Most of the tutus are colorful, so an overly dark / black logo probably won't work. Hope this sparks some ideas for you!

Requirements

Nice to have

• it would be neat if the logo looked like it were in motion, accelerated, forward progression. I'd like for part of it to be a "tf" in some design so that I can break it apart from the entire logo (which has that plus "tutu fast" written out) if needed.
  
  another idea would be to somehow have an image of a female or female runner in a tutu??
  
  I would like to see a version with a colored background as well as one with a white background.
  
  another idea is to incorporate a fleur de lis in it... this business was founded in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA and our state symbol is the fleur de lis.
