Hello, yes you can use Joomla CMS on godaddy, But i recommend you move to a server such as mine rackspace.com, I have had no problems at all in the 6 years i have been hosting my clients websites and support is Top notch 365x7x24 after your pre-paid hosting with godaddy, Please feel free to contact us when you are ready to move from godaddy.

Do you mean to have a grid (rows and columns) of photographs on the page or pages....well sure, With Joomla you can do anything...just leave it to your imagination.

There are many..many ways you can do this, You can use a image portfolio type plugin that will show images on a grid, portfolio type (Rows and columns) i will install and set one for ya!!

You can use a module that will call the images from a folder and place them in any way and style you want

Or you can use a photo gallery component.

I will install a couple of examples for you....be back in a jiffy
