Logo Design Brief

My family just purchased a cottage and we'd like a logo for the new cottage sign we'll use to find the place. The name of the cottage is French Lodge and we'd like to incorporate the image of the black bear sitting at a picnic table as part of our design. It should also include the words Georgian Bay as part of the logo. Last thing - we're a very musical family, thus the guitar pick shape. Attached is a sketch I made...looking for help please!
