PowerPoint Design Brief

Create PP presentation that explains the one on one on camera video series that features the world's top real estate developers, builders, investors, banks, lawyers, academics and policy makers. It will be a hard hitting frank discussion about the real issues that the COMMERCIAL (not residential) real estate industry is dealing with. The marketing should be news network looking with high tech look and feel and show that it is provides serious and useful financial news content. We are a commercial real estate firm that has established a media arm to provide REAL TIME information regarding the real estate market place. Examples of look and feel should be MSNBC or Bloomberg TV. Two pp have been attached should be able to tell that they are from the same company but encourage to take your own approach. A full pp presentation has been included title Marketplace Interviews - make it your own. You do not have to use the same images that were provided, these are just guidelines as to what we want to communicate. The layout can be changed - we are using bullet points but if you have a better way to present the information, please do so.
