To the Project Owner,

Questions:

1. In a couple of sentences, please explain what it is that you don't like about your existing PPT.
2. Does this project tie in to the preparation of the Olympics?
3. If you do not like the existing PPT, why did you not return to the original designer for a revised submission?
4. Besides the return on investment for private investors, is there any matching of funds from the Brazilian government on this housing project?
5. Would investors see receive any kind of tax credits/returns for this type of investment...meaning could it be viewed as a philanthropic type of investment?

I'm not getting any sense of imagery for this PPT...and kind of need a history of where and how your marketing is focused for this endeavour.

Thank you,
Gabrielle

1. The content is good, but visually it seems disorganized, not flowing well.

2. No it doesn''t, this project is tied by the fact that there is a 9 million housing deficit in Brazil, and the government is incentivizng both developers and end-buyers to build/buy their first homes. The goal is not to have any slums in the next 10 years.
3. This version has been done by me directly (I am an ex investment banker), it needs now a designer/creativity touch.
4. Yes, the government is financing the whole construction of each project and provide cheaper mortgage financing to low-income buyer. This program is called "Minha Casa Minha Vida''. My house, my life.
5. Not really but certainly will be viewed as socially equitable. You are indirectly helping the poor population to buy their first homes and to get them out from the slums.

To the Project Owner:

Does the current image on your PPT front page resemble in any way the intended social housing development by MMC?

If not, do you have images, prototypes of the intended development?

Thank you,
Gabrielle
