Yes, the company name is Early Years Parenting. I do have a tagline I use on my blog but it isn''t essential to incorporate in the logo but here it is "Offering Support and Knowledge to Parents and Educators of Young Children". It''s rather long which is why I thought better to leave it out.

If you can send the design via email then you must be able to scan it in, so it's probably fair to the rest of the design community that you upload it to the contest like everybody else.
