Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo for my new real estate investing company. We invest in real estate in every aspect from whole selling, buying/holding, and buying/selling properties. I would like to see a design that utilizes an illustration of a house (which helps identifies our business area) and an arrangement of the letters "JLI" which represents Joseph Lane Investments. The color scheme should be complementary so maybe blue and black would be a good option. However, we are open to other ideas.
