We need a logo for our project devlopment based in the Western Province of Papua New Guinea. The facility we are building is a gas processing plant and we need a design that incorporates some or all of the following:

The Fly river (Papua New Guinea)
New Guinea harpy eagle (indigenous to the area)
The flag of the Western Province of Papua New Guinea

The design should communicate safe operations and on time delivery of the project.
