Graphic Design Brief

I have published an ebook - extreme bugs by Denis Hogan on Kindle - the images I sourced from Facebook Denis Hogan Macro
There are 190 images in the book - I want the pages to be framed in either white or black frame/boarder.
I also need a cover page for the book - I wish to have it in both ebook format and printed also - I prefer landscape as most of the images call for this format.
This is not a book of words - but images of bugs.
I want the presentation of the book more professional -
