Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo to be designed for my new online business, it is called 'Blogger Sidekick'. It is founded on the concept of Inbound Marketing, and the value of a blog to attract visitors to your website and convert them into fans and then customers.

The Value Prop is; 'Making you the hero of your inbound marketing success'

'Blogger Sidekick' is the first brand of potentially several, such as 'Social Sidekick', 'SEO Sidekick', 'Conversion Sidekick' etc etc. Therefore it is important that the logo is designed in a way that can be adapted in the future. For example, the 'Sidekick' component will stay consistent across all brands and therefore should be easily detached from the logo.

I want a logo that has a French Bulldog in it and the name of the business. I have attached a PPT of an example of how I could see the writing component of the logo looking. (I have also attached a number of different logos that I like the look, feel and style of)

For the 'French Bulldog' part of the logo, the idea is that it is the 'Sidekick'. Here is my best description for what is in my head right now;

A French Bulldog with solid shoulders, sitting facing forward, with it's ears sticking up. The Bulldog will be wearing sunglasses (like aviators), OR a simple mask and cape. I would like to see some creative input from the designers that take this project (it's not my area of expertise!)

The tagline; 'Making you the hero' will be used in conjunction with the logo and I will be creating templates, E-Books etc. So the form of the logo will need to be adaptable to these documents. (I will create these in Illustrator or PPT)

The key colours I want are seen in the PPT presentation for the writing and should be used for the dog part of the logo too. (Blue and Grey) Here is my current website to give you an idea of the Blue I like; http://www.willblunt.com/

But I would also like to see the logo in different colours, Such as Lime Green and Orange to test how it would look otherwise.

So keep in mind what the logo will look like in the top bar of the site.
