Logo Design Brief

Hi - I need a logo for an online foreign language learning business. This is NOT intended to be a school, thus the logo should NOT reflect this as an educational institute but more a Web2.0 cool, fresh and young feeling to it.
Think Skype/Facebook/Online communicating etc as this will ultimately (hopefully) become a more portal based site for learning foreign languages on an ad-hoc basis.

It will appeal to all ages and cultured/travelling type people who are looking to learn languages such as Italian and Spanish but in a relaxed environment, NOT a school environment.
The idea is simply that people will learn foreign languages via the internet in a 1-2-1 webcam session.

Current website colours are blues/greens although I 'might' prefer the logo in this colour instead although I dont have too many restrictions on the colours used and would be willing to change existing website colours if need be.
Preferably looking for image and text logo or text only.
Think web2.0, rounded text etc! Have been thinking that maybe a face/webcam/headset etc but may be way too obvious so if the logo includes them they should be discreet and stylish.

Target Market(s)

This will be aimed at primarily western speaking countries (english) but for all ages and for peolpe who may be generally cultured, travelling types, families etc. Anyone who is interested in learning languages
