Logo Design Brief

ABOUT SCHOOL

We need a logo design for a new belly/oriental (not ballet or ballroom!!!) dance studio (school) based in Ulyanovsk, Russia called "Диада".

We teach children and adults through oriental dance to better understand himself to develop their personality.

Members of our school are going to take part in international belly dance competitions and festivals in groups and solo.

WHY DIADA?

"Диада" is dyad in English. Dyad is a group of two; couple. For us it means relationship between "teacher-student", "dancer-spectator". Also dyad for us means development, growth, movement.

Our art director's name is Diana. So it is very close to the company name in latin letters "Diada".

LOGO USE CASES

We are going to use this logo on posters, advertisement, business card, signboard, billboard, souvenir and web-site. Therefore logo design should look good in big and medium sizes. Of course it would be perfect if this logo looks good in small size as well.

Should not have

• Our logo design should not have arabic fonts.
• Please, don't use ballet and ballroom dancers!
• Please, don't use very natural dancer's shapes. It should be abstract and not so focused.
