Logo Design Brief

HIT FIT is a form of weight training that has been developed for men and women to increase muscle tone and overall fitness in the fastest time.
I would like to see a seconds stopwatch incorporated into the design and two well toned figures (male and female).
The look of a metal plate as a background like is shown in the picture supplied is also required.
Colours can be silver, gold. black, white but will consider other options.
I would like it to have a scientific, technical look please.
Also a chart showing an increasing graph that dips and rises like the MedX exercise machines developed by Arthur Jones.
Incorporating the nautilus shell is another option as shown in the picture supplied (ignore the writing on top please)
