hi I am not really sure i understand the question. I have already paid the $400 dollars for the job. I am new to this site so i must say your question is confusing to say the least.

Sorry - have a look at the brief you have done - the one we see - and at the top yours says 'Payment not guaranteed'

Not many designers will respond unless you guarantee payment. Speak to Design Crowd for clarity.
