Is it necessary what the logo text must be "Taven in Tahoe"? I mean why not just "Tavern" for example.

Did I really say Tavern IN Tahoe? It should be Tavern at Tahoe. But no, it doesn't have to have the Tahoe part. I think we do that for two reasons: to simply give it a sense of place and to help with web searches, since there are a lot of Taverns. But for logo purposes it is not a requirement.
