Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Southern Minnesota. We are an IT company that does network design and implementation, process automation, on premise security and network security. We are open to color, but would like the logo to convey the idea of technology and people coming together. An idea we had contemplated was a light bulb with a robotic hand and a human hand shaking hands in the middle. We are not set on this idea.
