Logo Design Brief

I would like a simple modern logo design that will look good in both color and black and white. We are a group of several Dental practices so I would like the logo design to work well for billboards, door decals, business cards, brochures, etc. I would think that the design would probably include a simple drawing of a mountain with a tooth or a toothbrush with it. But I'm open to ideas. I need something that looks fresh and clean and new. I included our old logo just for your info.
