I create cartoon mascots often, I would be happy to have a go at this for if the project was guaranteed.

I am new to DesignCrowd.  If the design is quality and we like it we will definitely accept it.  We need a design for a project next week.  I fail to see why we should be forced to pay for a design we will never use, but like a said I am new.  Can you help me understand?

did you get my submissions?

Hatter,

We did get your design.  Overall we like the layout, nicely done.  The style of the cartoon is what we are after.  We would like to see a design with just the nut, not necessarily the nut and bolt.  Is that something you can take a stab at?
Thanks,
-Russ

I added a couple examples to the project.  Think look and feel.  These are just examples.

The reason designers prefer guaranteed projects is because 'some' clients who do not guarantee projects have been known steal the design ideas and generally take the whole process a lot less seriously ... absence of feedback and so on. As a result good designers usually avoid non-guaranteed projects.
