Illustration Design Brief

We conduct training for people looking for work in a warehouse. Our students are a combination of new Australians, recently unemployed people and businesses looking to have their staff qualified. We require some symbols to be created to communicate some key aspects of our courses.
Our courses are run from our training warehouse.
The keys topics we educate people on are: Workplace safety; Warehouses processes – Receive goods, store goods, Pick and package goods, despatch goods, stocktakes; Conduct housekeeping; Teamwork; and Completing business documentation
The equipment we train people on includes: Forklifts; Order Picker, Scissor Lift, traffic management signs.
We would like to have illustrations to represent the courses that we teach instead of photos.
The illustrations should:
• Closely resemble relevant equipment
• Be aligned to our HiViz Ed logo & tag line
• Represent the serious, high-risk nature of our business, ie. not be too whimsical.
Initially we require one illustration which is covered by the project fee. The selected designer will then be engaged to create another 4 or 5 symbols for an additional fee.
Attached to the brief is the HiViz Ed logo, as well as an example of an icon style we like. This is not the only style we are interested in, but we do not like the standard international symbol style of figure.

The first illustrated symbol is of a person driving a forklift. Attached is an illustration of a forklift for reference. You do not have to copy this style, but it shows the details we need to illustrate a real forklift.
The person in the symbol must be wearing a hard hat (safety hat).
The person must be wearing a high visibility vest.
The symbol should reflect the colours/style of the HiViz Ed branding
The final symbol must be provided as an Adobe Illustrator file
