CREATIVE BRIEF FOR 143FLOWERS

We need a wordpress ecommerce website and logo for our flower company. The name of our company is 143flowers.com.ph, and we take orders from the around the world, and ship flowers to loved ones specifically in the Philippines. Our final dot come will be www.143flowers.com.ph.
We want our site to follow the themes and look of these pages:

Our color theme is light purple and pastel pink.
We would like our website to have these social media connections: facebook, twitter, and instagram.
E-COMMERCE NEEDS:
We want our customers to be able to login, and have a separate "Account Page" where they can look at their previous orders, store payment information so that they don't have to re-input their payment information again, and also be able to login and give product reviews on our products.
We want two separate order pages where our customers can place "recurring orders" In other words, a customer can use a calendar or form and input the dates he would like to re-order a product. He would be charged ahead of time, and can order a product up to a year in advance. He can set it up so that he pays ahead of time for a flower to arrive once a month, a week, or daily for the next six months. After he customizes his timely order, he will then be taken to a check out page where he will be charged for all of the orders at once i.e. if he places an order for a flower arrangement to arrive once a month for 12 months, he will be charge for the product 12 times.
We want our shopping cart and website to be secure.
We would also like a pop up to appear after browsing the website for 30 seconds. The pop up will offer them a 10% discount on their first order if they give us their email. We want to be able to collect emails and add them to an email list.

If you use pictures of people in the banners or in other sections of the site, please keep them of Filipino or Pacific Island ethnicity as our target audience is Filipinos. Our Help page should include a FAQ section that allows us to add Questions and Answers in a Toggle/Accordian/Tabbed view so that the Question hides the Answer, but when you click on the Question is clicked the Answer is revealed. The FAQ should be divided into sections, "General Questions" "Billing" "Shipping"
On the same Help page should be a contact us form with further questions or concerns. This form will allow our customers to contact us via email with any questions or concerns.
Make sure we have a page dedicated to our blog posts, as we do want to post updates, special deals, and blog articles as time passes on.
Please use filler images for the product pictures and banners.
The logo for our company should have a ROSE. A beautiful vector rose, designed in a modern way.
As for the logo, we would like something simple, modern, and have it retain the words 143flowers... kind of like the logo on http://ww30.1800flowers.com/. Incorporate our new colors into the logo. Simple, modern, and welcoming.
Also, incorporate the flag of the Philippines in some of the graphics. Have one of the banners show the Philippines on a map and place the words, "We ship exclusively to the Philippines." Emphasize that this service offers customers from around the world to buy flowers that will be delivered specifically to loved ones in the Philippines. We work with flower growers in the Philippines so next day delivery is possible.

Button Function: Leads to our concierge service page - There must be a brief explanation on how this service works. Customer must choose 3 or more important dates. There will be drop down suggestions, and then a space to select the date from a calendar. Suggestions like wedding anniversary date; 1st child born; Valentine’s Day; Mother’s day; her/his birthday, etc. Also, must be stated that if you send six future deliveries, you get the seventh flower arrangement FREE.

Button Function: Takes them to the Courting Him/Her page where it is just like the "For Married Couples" subscription delivery page, except instead of specific dates, it expects a minimum of six deliveries of flowers based on a consistent day.
The form will ask them to choose a flower, then set that flower arrangement to be delivered every BLANK (day) for BLANK (weeks).... so every Tuesday for six weeks, or every day of the week for one week, or every Tuesday and Thursday for 3 weeks. They can also have the same flower arrangement be delivered, or a different flower arrangement delivered every time.
Explanation of Service: every week or month, we will send your significant other a subscription flower delivery. Every six orders, the seventh is free.
4. Title: “Just Because"

Occasion Page - Each Occasion page represents a different category of flowers. Currently, we have EIGHT OCCASIONS we want to sell flowers for: Birthday, Anniversary, Congratulations, Graduation, Baby Shower, Get Well Soon, Thank You, and Thinking of You.
We want our Occasion Pages to each have a Banner on top that is around 200 pixels high by page width or (1100px) that summarizes the occasion. If it's the birthday category, then a picture of birthday flower arrangement, some balloons, and a cake. If it's the romantic occasion then a banner representing that occasion.
After that, reveal the 6 arrangements of flowers underneath.
Single Flower Arrangement Flower Page - Must show three different views of the flower arrangement. Each view representing a dozen, two dozen, or three dozen arrangement.

Also, as they choose that product, they can add a Greeting Card for Free to their order.

Update! We uploaded a photoshop file of our logo. We would like the same font used... heartland, and the same colors. All we are missing in the logo is the "Sambaguita" flower. We placed an example of one in the photoshop file. If you can draw your own in the logo, that would be great.

Must have
- Any persons that are placed in pictures on website must look like they are Filipinos. As a reference you may look at the Filipinos on http://tfc.tv/
Customers MUST have the ability to login into their Account on our website. Their account reveals their past purchase orders, their reviews of our products, and billing information. They can also personalize their recurring orders when they login so that it remembers them.
Subscription service must also be available. When they order flowers for future dates they must have a page to go to where they can select calendar dates for future flower deliveries.
There must also be a separate "Custom Arrangement" page that allows the customer to order a custom flower arrangement. They will be able to choose from 6 types of flowers: (Carnations, Daisies, Lilies, Orchids, Roses, Tulips), 6 different types of colors (blue, red, white, purple, orange, yellow), and the amount of each flower based on how big their arrangement is... one dozen, two dozen, etc. (ie for a two dozen order... 6 Red Roses, 9 White Daises, 3 Purple Orchids, 3 White Lilies)

Nice to have
- We are selling our flower packages starting at $19.99 for a dozen flowers. $29.99 for two dozen. After that they pick the type of flower or arrangement. Those are our two basic packages. Leave room for add ons like teddy bear, chocolates, balloons.

Should not have
- Too many categories and buttons. Very simple and intuitive. Hence why we chose wordpress for the ecommerce site. We want a 12 year old to be able to order flowers.
